We ship USPS from Alabama most items will ship out in 24-48 Hours after order is placed. After shipping out most Items are delivered in 2-5 business days depending on location of recipient. Southern Belle Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All orders will have tracking through USPS. Please make sure you are providing us with a valid, safe address to have your package delivered to so you can assure its arrival. If you provide us with an incorrect address and your package is returned to sender, you will be charged the fee from the shipping carrier to get your package back, and a second shipping fee from Southern Belle to reship your package back out to you with a correct address.

Pick-Up Policy

When to pick up- We will contact you via email or phone number when your order is ready for pickup. All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days once you receive your notification your item/s will be placed at your chosen pickup location and all further instruction will be sent to you through email/text. 

Pickup Locations- Pickup will automatically be set for Cullman Location. If you would like to pick up in Addison please leave in order memo at checkout. If you would like this option but did not leave in memo, please contact Southern2013belle@gmail.com and we will change it for you.

When to expect a notification- Customers will receive an email or text notification when their order is processed within 2-5 business days. Please leave preferred point of contact in order memo. If you did not do so, please email us at Southern2013belle@gmail.com.

What happens if an order isn't picked up-
If an order isn't picked up within 3 months you will be contacted for shipping payment. If shipping is not sent within 48hr after contact attempt your order may be canceled and donated to local charity without refund.
